Unite Mediation Services

Service Fees

Is there a cost just to see if you can help me?

No. There is no cost to make an initial call.

Call or write us anytime for a FREE evaluation. We will determine  whether we believe we can assist you.

If so, we will setup a 15 minute conference call, where you will have an opportunity to discuss your situation.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend mediation?

We make our services available and accessible to our clients. We will do our best to meet your schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays. We receive Sundays for worship, family and rest.

How much will it cost to have

Unite Mediation Service to mediate my dispute?

Every case is different and meets different requirements. The fees charged are based upon the amount of time spent on the dispute. Discussed fees are per party. We will work with our clients to determine the appropriate cost.

Two Hour Mediation

Oftentimes parties want to resolve a particular dispute that can be settled in a short amount of time, which is why Unite Mediation Services offers a two-hour block.

Half Day Mediation (4 hours)

Many mediators suggest at least four hours to make significant progress related to a dispute. The parties can select an 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. slot or a 1:00 to 5:00 slot. Unite Mediation Services will accommodate other slots upon request, if scheduling allows.

Full Day Mediation (8 hours)

Full day mediation is often successful because the parties have sufficient time to work through issues and come up with viable solutions, as well as craft the agreement. Unite Mediation Services will accommodate any reasonable eight hour block for a full day mediation.

Attending mediation is not always easy for one or both of the parties; this is why we offer remote mediation services.

With the advancement of modern technology, remote mediation is easy and secure.

•Allows mediation with out-of-town parties
•Saves time and travel
• Avoids delays that can be caused by unforeseen circumstances
•Parties can mediate together or separately throughout the mediation depending on the need
•Documents resulting from the mediation can be electronically signed and instantly shared to all parties
